Both times that I visited Rancho El Chimayo I had the green chilis and pork stew. And the sopaipilla is amazing. It is located at the edge of the village on well kept grounds in a sprawling old ranch house with gift shops, and the service is on white linen. I will always go back.

I am sure that is where we went! And I definitely want to go back as I did not appreciate it as much as I should have in the moment.
